2008:
Managed development of the C.A.F.E. Practices Verifier Reporting System for Starbucks, to provide auditing of their global supply chain and create incentives for coffee producers to improve labor, environmental, and agricultural practices.

2007:
Developed a sophisticated carbon footprint calculator for MakeMeSustainable, allowing users to see detailed breakdowns of their predicted future carbon impact in order to help them created tailored strategies for footprint reduction.

2006:
Developed an industry-specific life-cycle assessment wizard for the International Design Center for the Environment, to make it easy for manufacturers to explore ways to reduce the cradle-to-grave environmental impact of their products.

2005:
Developed SimSchool for the University of Vermont, to provide a classroom simulator for teaching adaptive instructional practices to preservice teachers.

2004:
Developed an automated essay grading system for the University of Minnesota to provide automated formative assessment as part of the ETIPS project.

2003:
Created a custom high-performance semantic web database engine for the National Institute for Community Innovations to power the Education Reform Network.

2002:
Created flexible distance learning environment for Massachusetts General Hospital to enable their Institute for Health Professions to deliver diverse curriculum online.
2001:
Created software libraries for Palm to help developers seamlessly bridge legacy infrastructure to new SOAP-based content delivery platform for Palm’s first “always-on” device.
